Experience You Can Trust, Care That Evolves With You
-
With extensive experience working with adults, I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance misuse, emotional regulation difficulties, and adapting to long-term physical health conditions.
I bring a broad and deep understanding of these complexities, enabling me to collaborate effectively with clients using a variety of therapeutic approaches. My expertise includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Narrative Therapy, Humanistic, Gestalt, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centred Therapy.
-
I have significant experience integrating mind-body therapies, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, to address painful and challenging experiences. Recently, I expanded my focus to include the study of nutrition and its profound impact on mental health and well-being, offering a more holistic perspective to client care.
Additionally, my training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy allows me to work with clients on understanding the “Parts” of their mind, fostering balance and calm within their internal systems. This transformative approach, often considered psycho-spiritual, is particularly effective in addressing transgenerational trauma and creating lasting healing.
